Accessibility at our event

We try to make our events as inclusive an accessible to everyone as we can. Some of the ways we do this are:

  • High Dependency Unit (HDU), which has a ramp for wheelchair access along with hoist and lift
  • Additional, accessible toilets
  • A quiet space at each event
  • A limited number of ear defenders you can borrow. Please ask at reception
  • Our events can get quite busy. If you want to attend at a quieter time, come between 2pm and 4pm
  • We keep announcements to a minimum. We only use these for emergencies. Announcements will happen from 3.45pm onwards, to let guests know the show closes at 4pm
  • We do not play any music at any of our events
  • Assistance dogs welcome at the event, but we cannot allow any other dogs or pets

If you have any questions or need any help on the day, please ask a member of the Motability Scheme Live team.
